Privacy notice

OwnerGap is a validation-stage business assessment service. We collect only the information needed to operate and improve the service.

The free assessment records anonymous funnel events such as page views, assessment completion, score band and checkout clicks. A random session identifier, page path, page language and basic campaign/referrer information may also be recorded. We do not ask for your name or email to calculate the free score, and the event record does not contain individual assessment answers.

If you purchase the full assessment, payment and customer details are collected and processed by Stripe. OwnerGap receives the information needed to fulfil the service, including the contact and business information you provide at checkout.

If you contact us by email, we use your message and contact details to respond and administer the relationship. We do not sell personal data.

We retain operational information only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, security, validation and legitimate business records. You can ask about personal information associated with you, request correction, or raise a privacy question by emailing hello@ownergap.co.uk.
